Manufacturing Process
The E80 grid is produced at one of the world’s most advanced recycling facilities. Post-consumer plastics are sorted, washed, separated, ground and sieved. The clean flakes are extruded into pellets and injection-moulded into interlocking tiles. Made from 100% recycled LDPE and fully recyclable at the end of its long life span - each grid offers outstanding strength, making it ideal for heavy‑duty truck‑parks, HGV access roads, loading bays and other high‑load areas. The open‑cell design creates a permeable, SuDS‑compliant surface and can be filled with gravel or grass, providing a sustainable alternative to concrete for haul roads, coach parks and emergency‑vehicle routes.

EcoGrid E80 is extensively load tested according to DIN-1072 to ensure it retains integrity under repeated 40-tonne axle loads and dynamic turning.
Unlike concrete or tarmac, our permeable truck paving grids allow for full surface drainage, meets SuDS standards and is easier to install and maintain.
We can usually accommodate next day orders when placed before 11am (subject to postcode delivery restrictions). Standard delivery is 2-3 working days.
